Stayed as a family gathering and had a fantastic time. Facilities, although basic, were clean and the staff were great. Site was busy but still plenty of room with playing field and park for kids to play. Ideal for cycle rides and woodland walks. Would definitely recommend for family holidays - Christine Mason
We have been coming to breck farm for many years, mike and the animals are such a treat, the play area for the kids is wonderful and the swings and bike ramp in the woods really make this a great place for kids.However, the pitches felt smaller (im sure they used to be 8x8 as a standard not 8x6) and I feel they need to invest some time and money into the shower block again. Despite them cleaning them regularly they need a deep clean. Theres grime on the walls of the showers, plants and cobwebs coming in (although its an old varn so we could forgive this). The showers work well depending on time of day but the toilets seemed to really struggle this year, most either wouldnt flush or took some time to flush (which some guests couldn't be bothered to do), i think look roll holders that let one sheet out at a time would benefit also. There was also a very strong smell of "sewers" so i wonder if the septic tank needed emptying. Hopefully during the closed season they can restore the farm to its former glory. - B
Was an amazing stay like usual every year we come but just one thing when it was bank holiday weekend and packed out the toilets could do with more topping up of toilet rolls and extra cleaning- Kelly c
