Doing our bit….

Over the last couple of years Breck Farm have installed renewable energy sources to help us reduce our impact on the environment.

On top of recycling and our low flush toilets all of our heating and hot water for the farm and campsite is now provided by our biomass boiler. Our biomass boiler is powered by locally sourced wood pellets. Helping provide our electricity we have installed 60kw of solar PV to power our toilet block and electric hook up. We also run all our vehicles on bio diesel which is made on site. Some of the water used on site is from our own borehole, this is 100m deep and is filtered through a chalk aquifer.

Opening update:

"If the governments requirements are met we will be working to the following time line of opening. Please be aware that this could change at short notice.

As per the government guidelines Breck Farm will be allowed to open on APRIL 12th - This date is only for customers who have their own facilities as we are not permitted to open our Toilet block on this date.

We will open our toilet block on the 17th May so can welcome all guests and open our glamping units.

Looking forward to seeing you all this season!”
